This page contains important information on How to Place and Order, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Information, and our Returns Policy.  Please read this before placing an order.

PLACING AN ORDER
ORDER ON-LINE
: You may place your order on-line through our "General Store".  Browse through the catalog either by selecting a category on the left side of your screen or by selecting "Search" on the top of your screen.  You can also scroll through a complete list of product by clicking on the "Product Listing" button on the top of your screen.

Once you have located the product(s) that you are looking for, enter the quantity and click "Add to Basket".  This will save the item(s) in your “Covered Wagon" or shopping basket and allow you to continue shopping.  You can check to see what's in your covered wagon at any time by clicking on "Wagon Contents" on the top of your screen.  You can complete your order by clicking on “Check Out" and follow the on-screen instructions.

You may pay for your order with your credit card, PayPal, personal or school check, or money order.  For checks and money orders, we will hold your order until we receive your check in the mail.

We will process your order and ship it out as soon as possible, usually within a few days.  Please include your e-mail address with your order and we will contact you if we have any questions or concerns.  We will also contact you if an item you order is back ordered.

ORDER BY PHONE:  Call us at 417-833-6905 to place your order.  Our normal office hours are 9am to 5pm CT.  If we are not available please leave your complete order and payment information on our voice mail, and your order will be shipped as promptly as possible. 

BY MAIL:  You can use our Covered Wagon (or shopping cart) to create your order and print it out before you finalize it.  Mail this with your check or credit card information to Corps of Re-Discovery, 5329 N Lakewood Drive, Springfield, MO  65803.

PRIVACY POLICY

We highly value our privacy as well as that of our customers.  We use a secure server so you do not have to worry about the safety of your credit card or personal information.

Once your order is processed, your credit card information is purged from our system so hackers cannot steal your card information.  We apologize for the inconvenience of having to enter your credit card information every time you place an order, but we feel your security and peace of mind is worth the extra effort.  

Your personal information (name, address, email, etc...) will never be shared or sold to any third party.

SHIPPING COSTS AND INFORMATION:
Orders are shipped via either UPS ground, US Postal Service, DHL or Federal Express, at our discretion.  All orders $60 or less are charged a minimum shipping charge if $6.00.  For orders over $60 add 10% of the product total, for orders over $100 add 7%.  For orders over $200, delivery is free.  Free Delivery is generally DHL or UPS Ground.  If you need your order quicker, additional fees will apply.  Contact us for details.   For the USA and its territories, including APO/APE boxes, use the above rates. 

If your order is to be sent to Canada, Mexico, or Puerto Rico, please add an additional $5 to the standard delivery charges for surface delivery. 

For international orders, overseas delivery charges are actual shipping plus $2.  Please email us with your order and we will notify you as to what the shipping costs will be. 

We do not deliver COD. 

We know that things happen and you sometimes need your items in a hurry.  For these instances, we will ship your order overnight or 2-Day express.  Please contact us directly for the actual charges.

RETURNS POLICY
Your satisfaction is guaranteed!  If you are not satisfied with an item, please repack it carefully and return it to us in resalable condition for an exchange or refund, less postage.  All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase; items not returned within 30 days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. (New delivery charges apply to all exchanges.)  Returns after 60 days will be subject to a restocking fee and receive merchandise credit only.  No returns after 180 days. 

Please ship the items in a sturdy box with adequate packing material.  Do not use newsprint, as it gets ink on the products.  We recommend returning items via UPS because packages are automatically insured against damage.  Our experience has been that books returned via the US Post Office (first class or book rate) almost always come back in "less than new" condition.  (Note: USPS insurance on packages does not pay for bent covers and pages.)  Returned items not in brand new condition are usually discounted between 15% and 50% depending on the damage. 

If your initial order was over $200, and by returning books your net order will be less than $200, you will be charged our actual shipping cost that was not charged on the front end.
