Wholesale Terms and Conditions

Products:
Not all products sold on our website are available for wholesale pricing.  Please see the attached list for the items we are currently offering, including minimum quantity requirements.

Minimum Order:
$150.00 (wholesale amount). Minimum quantity requirements must be met for each item.

Quantity Pricing:
All price breaks are based on stated quantities per style or size. Styles and sizes cannot be mixed to achieve quantity pricing.

Shipping:
All orders shipped UPS Ground, FOB Springfield, MO unless otherwise requested. Please add 6% to all orders for shipping and handling. We will charge you for actual costs and will issue a credit or bill you for the difference, which ever is necessary.

Processing:
Please allow up to two weeks for processing of stock orders. Large quantities may take up to four weeks. Please note: our peak time is between March and August and additional time may be required during this period. Please take into consideration that we are the sole manufactures of most of our products. Although we ask for the above lead times, we do our best to process orders within one week and will let you know if additional time is needed.

Terms:
Orders must be prepaid by Visa, MasterCard, Money Order or business check. We will charge $25.00 per check if it is returned to us unpaid. In addition, company will no longer be permitted to pay by check.

Returns:
All wholesale sales are final unless merchandise is defective. If merchandise is defective, please call us for a return authorization number.

Terms required by our lawyer:
We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason, and to limit quantities. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any item for any reason. We assume no responsibility or liability with respect to the use or misuse of goods we supply, and shall not be responsible for damages of any type whether direct or indirect, whether by design, defect, delay or otherwise. Our liability is confined solely to replacement of defective merchandise. All merchandise is compliant with CPA guidelines in place at the time of the sale.
